Who handles your request

Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Get Private Jet. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Charter Jet One acting as Get Private Jet.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you give us in the form:

• your name, email address and phone number;
• the trip details: trip type, departure and destination, dates, number of passengers and any notes;
• whether you chose to receive offers by email.

We also record the page you sent the request from, the referring page if your browser shares it, and campaign tags in the link you used, such as the source and campaign names. We do not collect payment details through this site.

Why we use it

• To answer your request: to source aircraft, prepare quotes and contact you about the trip by email, phone or text.
• To arrange the flight if you book, including the passenger manifest and itinerary.
• With your consent, to send occasional offers, such as empty legs on routes you fly. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring requests, using the tags described above.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the operating carrier and the service providers needed to quote and book your trip, such as private terminals, caterers and ground transport, and with the technology providers that run our systems. We require them to use your information only for those purposes. We never sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep request and booking records for as long as we need them to handle your trip and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted when they are no longer needed for follow-up.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To do so, reply to any email you receive from us or send a note through the quote form. You can stop marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any offer email or by replying to it; we will still contact you about a trip you have asked us to arrange.

Cookies

This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no cookies beyond those essential to deliver the pages. We do not use third-party trackers.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian should submit any request involving a child’s travel.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
