About these terms

This website is operated by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker, under the name Get Private Jet. By using the site you agree to these terms. They cover the website only; any flight is governed by a separate charter agreement.

Information and estimates

Everything on this site, including hourly rates, flight times, aircraft ranges and the results of the charter cost estimator, is general information and an estimate. It is not an offer to sell a flight, and actual prices and times depend on the aircraft, the operator, the route, the weather and the date.

Quotes and bookings

A quote is not binding until you sign a charter agreement. The operating carrier’s details are disclosed to you before you book. Every flight is subject to availability and to confirmation by the operator, and until the agreement is signed an aircraft may become unavailable.

Taxes and fees

Quotes include the taxes and fees known when the quote is prepared, such as the federal excise tax on domestic US flights and segment fees. Variable costs, such as de-icing, are identified in the quote. Taxes and government fees may change by law between quoting and flying.

Payment and cancellation

Payment terms, cancellation fees and refunds are set out in the charter agreement for your trip. Please read them before you sign.

The operator’s role

Every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 direct air carrier, or its foreign equivalent, which has operational control of the aircraft. Decisions about safety, including weather, routing, loading and whether a flight can depart, rest with the operator and the pilot in command.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate passenger names and contact details, carry valid identification and travel documents, follow the operator’s rules on luggage and restricted items, and let us know about pets or special requirements in advance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, and we do not guarantee that the site will be available or free of errors. Any liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected by these terms. Our obligations for a booked flight are those set out in the charter agreement.

Governing law

The law that applies to these terms is that of the United States and the State of New York.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
